Starting with actually getting it set up, we can help you pick your name (and check that no-one else had picked it first!). We’ll then deal with Companies House, and make sure we pick up all the paperwork – you’ll review everything as the only signatory on the company, and will have the control to instruct us on what to do. But it’s our job to make sure that paperwork doesn’t become your job.
We’ll also help you with a business bank account, ensuring that all of your banking needs are managed separately and that you can keep track of your business transactions. We have excellent relationships with the best banks around for this, and will be happy to provide some guidance on the types of accounts available to you.
Moving forward, we’ll take as much of the administration off your hands as possible, saving you time and energy. We’ll make sure you know when you have to take certain pieces of action, and won’t let you fall behind and get penalties from HMRC. We know that you rely on us to get these things right for you and to take the pressure off – you can do that in confidence.
You will also have a relationship with your accountant that is personal to you. You can call on your expert as much or as little as you like, and they will be available by phone, email, live chat and of course face to face if you prefer to do things over a coffee.
